Job Position Overview
The Supervisor – North American Logistics Operations (NALO) provides front-line leadership for an Operations Team at the Plainfield Distribution Center (PDC), with as-needed support at the Enfield, CT distribution center.

Responsibilities
- Champion safety accountability and ensure compliance with HSE standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, local procedures), including data integrity and documentation; drive corrective actions and process checks.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, packaging components, purchased materials (truck unloading, quantity verification, SAP receipt entry); replenishment, pick/pack/fulfillment; coordinate shipments; ensure customer service commitments (right product, right patient, right time).
- Lead/support investigations for HSE and Quality deviations; drive CAPAs to closure.
- Set expectations for security compliance and adherence to facility SOPs.
- Monitor budget commitments and drive productivity improvements.
- Provide coaching, guidance, supervision, and performance management; reinforce accountability.
- Shape an inclusive, values-based team culture aligned to NALO strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications
- Strong verbal/written communication and documentation practices.
- Self-management, organizational/prioritization; working knowledge of cGMPs.
- Cross-functional collaboration with HSE, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
- High school diploma/associate degree (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing/distribution; experience in TSA-regulated environments.

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Pharmaceutical distribution/warehouse experience; SAP (or similar WMS/ERP); Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Ability to lead/coach/develop front-line teams across shifts.
- Lean continuous improvement experience.
- Track record maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.

Additional Information
- Sunday–Friday multi-shift support (occasional Saturdays); off-hours response expected.
- Company cell phone provided.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.; exposure to extreme temperatures possible.
- Location: Plainfield, IN (with as-needed support in Enfield, CT). Travel up to 10%.

Compensation/Benefits
- Anticipated wage: $35.33–$51.83; bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits (including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, PTO, and wellbeing benefits).
