Role: Supervisor of Molecular Operations in Liquid Profiling, overseeing daily lab functions and quality control for clinical molecular testing. Responsibilities: manage molecular testing processes, maintain equipment, train technologists on new techniques, monitor assay performance, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, CLIA, CAP, ISO), document QC activities, troubleshoot deviations, and oversee inventory and safety protocols.
