Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Second Shift)

Role: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor within Cell Manufacturing, focusing on GMP cell processing for clinical materials in adherent and suspension cultures. Responsibilities: lead and develop a team of 2-8 personnel, ensure GMP compliance, oversee scheduling, manage projects aligned with departmental goals, investigate quality issues, and serve as a technical SME troubleshooting cell culture processes. Requirements: minimum 3 years of cell culture experience, GMP expertise, familiarity with bioreactors, and 0-2 years supervisory experience; strong computer skills and knowledge of federal GMP regulations (21CFR 210,211; 21CFR 820).
