Supervisor, Manufacturing (EG)

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing day-to-day operations in a biopharma-related eye health manufacturing plant, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement. Responsibilities: lead and mentor manufacturing teams, implement lean methodologies, manage labor and resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. Qualifications: high school diploma required; BA/BS preferred in technical or business field; proven leadership in manufacturing, expertise in Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen), and advanced data analysis skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in a regulated environment and change management is highly valued.
