Supervisor Manufacturing Cleaning Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of respective areas of operations.
- Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to ensure compliance.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, progress, data, and work quality.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure latest clean room technologies are implemented regularly.
- Work with Procurement to manage and maintain vendor contracts.
- Conduct trouble-shooting to support environmental excursion investigations.
- Monitor liquid and solid waste disposal programs to ensure proper handling and disposal.
- Provide input on long-term planning for process, staff, and budget.
- Perform personnel management functions (e.g., annual employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining).
- Support Manufacturing during regulatory inspections.
- Develop and implement department policies.
- Ensure policies and procedures are effectively administered and comply with regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant cGMP experience.
- 2+ years of people leadership in a cGMP environment.
- BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
