Job Description:
The Line Supervisor I will work in a pharmaceutical finishing operation to meet production requirements while maintaining safety and quality. Supports setup, changeover, packaging, equipment, and troubleshooting on packaging lines, and leads and works with peers daily on a finishing line to drive excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety and Quality procedures; elevate safety, quality, technical, and operating concerns to appropriate groups.
- Provide continuous daily supervision of a single packaging line process.
- Work as a direct team member on the assigned line (must be a qualified team member).
- Actively manage line execution of required tasks per procedure to maximize efficiency (including blowing, clearing, setup, and production).
- Troubleshoot in-process problems and remediate routine operational and system issues.
- Accurately and compliantly document and review batch records to ensure Right-First-Time execution.
- Drive continuous process improvement by making suggestions and changes.
- Sustain 5S on packaging lines.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years cGMP or related manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP requirements in a regulated industry.
- Goal oriented; able to lead in a team environment; self-motivated with urgency; ability to influence without direct authority over line personnel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
- Understanding/experience with production systems (ERP, MES) preferred.
- Standing 8–12 hours/day; lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Work 40–48 hours/week; may work up to 60 hours depending on manufacturing demands.
