Role: Kit Assembly Supervisor overseeing daily operations of a production team in a biotech manufacturing setting. Objectives include ensuring on-time customer order fulfillment, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: supervise 4-8 team members, prioritize assembly tasks, lead training, review controlled documents, manage inventory, participate in change control and CAPA activities, analyze production reports, troubleshoot issues, and promote safety and efficiency initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years or Associate degree with 3-5 years relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; preferred knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment. High-Value: biotech manufacturing, kit assembly, regulated environment, quality and safety compliance, minimal travel, physical ability to lift 5-50 lbs., manual dexterity, and repetitive assembly tasks.
