Supervisor I, QC Lab

Role: QC Lab Supervisor I overseeing laboratory operations, team management, and compliance within a biopharma environment. Responsibilities: lead and develop a team of Lab Analysts, manage daily lab activities including raw materials, in-process, and final product testing, review and approve data, support investigations and CAPAs, ensure adherence to cGMP and safety standards, and maintain audit readiness. Additionally, optimize instrument availability, assist with laboratory procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology; at least 2 years of QC laboratory experience; strong scientific knowledge, technical expertise in analytical equipment, and understanding of GMP regulations. Skills: problem-solving, decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and data interpretation. High-Value: biopharma QC testing, GMP compliance, laboratory resource management, batch release, and investigation support. WorkSetup: B1 shift, 5:45 am-6 pm, Thursday-Saturday and alternating Wednesdays.
