Role: Laboratory Supervisor for the Flow Cytometry team, overseeing daily lab operations, personnel supervision, and quality assurance. Responsibilities: supervise and train staff, manage workflow and staffing, ensure timely and accurate test reporting, maintain equipment and documentation, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology); minimum of six years' clinical laboratory experience. Preferred: over two years of Flow Cytometry experience, supervisory background, ASCP/AMT certifications.
