Job Overview

The Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance will lead and direct the facilities maintenance, calibration, and metrology team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance, preventive/corrective maintenance, and upkeep of manufacturing and production assets across multiple locations.
• Ensure GMP standards.
• Lead team members.
• Liaise with contractors.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Develop strategic plans.
• Participate in budgeting and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of GMP/Mechanical experience.
• 5+ years of CMMS experience.
• 3+ years in an FDA-regulated environment.
