Supervisor, Environmental Monitoring

Role: Supervisor of Environmental Monitoring (EM) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, overseeing EM technicians, ensuring cGMP compliance, and managing environmental sampling activities. Responsibilities: supervise daily EM operations, ensure timely sample collection, maintain data trending systems, participate in audits, generate reports, train staff in gowning and aseptic techniques, and lead investigations of deviations. Qualifications: Bachelor's in microbiology, biological sciences, or related field; 3-5 years' experience supporting pharmaceutical or clinical environments; knowledge of microbiology, validation, and GxP standards; supervisory experience preferred.
