Supervisor, Engineering & Maintenance

Role: Supervisor of Engineering & Maintenance overseeing second-shift activities in a cGMP biopharma manufacturing facility focused on cell therapy, including TIL platform production. Responsibilities: lead maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, utilities, process, and analytical equipment; manage work orders, monitor alarms, ensure safety, and coordinate with external vendors; improve equipment uptime and support GMP compliance. Requirements: BS/MS in Engineering or related field; 5-10 years biopharma/life sciences experience with 3-4 years managing maintenance teams; strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, process utilities, and GMP practices; proficiency with CMMS (Blue Mountain RAM) and Building Management Systems (Siemens Desigo/Insight). Preferred: prior cell therapy manufacturing experience. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, cell therapy, GMP, cGMP utilities, HVAC/mechanical systems, environmental monitoring, technical troubleshooting, management of maintenance operations. Work setup: onsite in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment; physical ability to wear PPE, lift 50 lbs, and respond to alarms including off-hours.
