Overview
The Supervisor, Engineering & Maintenance oversees engineering, maintenance, and calibration activities during second shift at iCTC. Resolves escalations and technical issues; makes critical decisions supporting cGMP Manufacturing, Laboratories, and Warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities
- Direct and support maintenance and calibration functions.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and process utilities systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair cell therapy processing and analytical equipment.
- Read/interpret engineering and architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans, power plans, panel schedules, piping diagrams, P&IDs).
- Ensure personnel and equipment safety.
- Monitor/respond to alarms from Building Management and environmental monitoring systems (off-hours/weekends).
- Receive, filter, and assign work orders; improve programs to increase uptime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for service/repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections; investigate, diagnose, and repair faults.
- Maintain team capability via training, performance reviews, and hiring.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- BS or MS in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years BioPharma/Life Sciences experience; prior cell therapy manufacturing experience highly desirable.
- 3–4 years managing maintenance and calibration personnel.
- Strong O&M experience with chiller plants, boiler plants, pumps, and HVAC.
- Strong O&M experience with electrical systems (Emergency Generators, ATSs, Switchgear).
- Proficiency with Blue Mountain RAM (Computerized Maintenance Management Software).
- Experience with Siemens Desigo or Insight (Building Management/Environmental Monitoring).
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to respond to critical facility alarms/alerts (on-call/off hours).
- Ability to work in cleanrooms and labs; use required PPE/half-face respirator; lift up to 50 lbs.
