Supervisor - Aseptic Filling (Day Shift)

Role: Support startup and operation of Lilly's new Parenteral (PAR) manufacturing site in Concord, NC, focusing on aseptic filling, formulation, and visual inspection. During project phase, responsible for supporting start-up activities, equipment training, and operational readiness; post-start-up, lead and develop manufacturing teams ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities: coordinate cross-functional start-up, develop documentation, investigate deviations, and foster a diverse, inclusive team culture. Requirements: High School diploma/GED, at least 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations, and proficiency with computer tools; authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred: 4+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing, GMP compliance, sterile/aseptic processing, and experience with automated equipment, Lean/Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. High-Value: biologics or injectable manufacturing, GMP standards, sterile process, cGMP compliance, FDA guidelines, and potential international/travel assignments. Work setup includes 12-hour day shifts, potential domestic and short-term international travel, and gowning in a cleanroom environment.
