Supervisor - Aseptic Filling (Day Shift)

Role: Support start-up and ongoing operations of Lilly's new parenteral manufacturing facility, focusing on aseptic filling and inspection. Responsibilities: oversee start-up activities, develop operational proficiency, lead safety and quality adherence, and manage a team of line leaders and operators. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and foster a diverse, inclusive culture. Requirements: High School diploma; GMP supervisory experience; strong communication and organizational skills; technical aptitude; ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: 10+ years manufacturing/operations with 4+ years supervisory; knowledge of cGMP, FDA guidelines, aseptic technologies, automated equipment, and manufacturing systems; STEM degree or certification. High-Value: biologics/parenteral production, aseptic isolator technology, automated inspection, manufacturing start-up, GMP standards, cGMP compliance, cleanroom environment.
