Supervisor, Analytical Development

Role: Analytical Development Supervisor leading small molecule analytical activities within pharmaceutical development. Objectives: ensure high-quality analytical data supporting process development and manufacturing in a regulated environment. Responsibilities: coordinate testing across teams, supervise daily analytical operations, review and approve data, reports, SOPs, and electronic notebooks, oversee laboratory equipment and compliance, troubleshoot analytical methods, and support GMP environmental monitoring. Qualifications: MS with over 5 years or BS with over 10 years in analytical chemistry or QC; strong expertise in advanced analytical techniques (HPLC/UHPLC, LC/MS, GC, etc.); GMP experience; familiarity with ICH, FDA, USP guidelines; leadership and team coordination skills; excellent communication.
