Role Summary
Summer 2026 MBA Interns in Regeneron’s Business Leadership Development Program (BuiLD) are invited to join a cross-functional internship designed for first-year MBA students who are passionate about science and the business of biotechnology. Opportunities are available in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Market Access Strategy, New Products, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Work on meaningful, high-impact projects
- Engage with senior leadership through events and presentations
- Present final projects to senior leaders including the BuiLD board
- Participate in team-building and community activities
- Experience Regeneron’s culture and collaborate within a world-class organization
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a distinguished MBA program with anticipated graduation Spring/Summer 2027
- Experience in biotech, biotech consulting, or biotech investing preferred
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Passionate about Regeneron’s mission of science to medicine
- Ability to execute in a cross-functional environment
- Strong project management skills
- Proven leadership skills in previous roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business problems
