Study Project Manager II

Role: Study Project Manager II overseeing clinical study delivery within AbbVie's research programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic operational plans linking asset and study goals; lead cross-functional teams across all phases of clinical trials; oversee vendor relationships, including selection, scope, and deliverables; ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards; identify and mitigate risks; mentor team members and promote process improvement and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in clinical research study management; proven leadership in cross-functional settings; experience across drug, device, and interventional studies, including Phase 1-4; proficient with AbbVie systems (EDC, IRT, CTMS, eTMF); strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP. Preferred: experience in early feasibility studies and end-to-end study operations.
