What Youβll Do
- Lead SPARQ strategy execution, operating cadence, and executive/decision-making forums with the Head of SPARQ and SPARQ Leadership Team.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, measures of success, and progress tracking; escalate issues early.
- Facilitate annual and multi-year strategic planning (priority setting, trade-offs, performance metrics, execution tracking) aligned with functional budget owners.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., upgrade/integrate systems, apply new technologies, prioritize across a dynamic portfolio).
- Own SPARQ executive narrative; develop presentations, briefing materials, business reviews, and strategic communications.
- Drive SPARQ communications strategy for employee engagement, alignment, and visibility of business impact.
- Partner with R&D and Corporate Communications to ensure messaging aligns with policies and social media guidelines.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5+ years in R&D, strategy, operations, or related biopharma functions.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-impact initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical/creative problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to structure/manage timelines and executive-level deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience developing executive narratives and senior leadership briefing materials.
