Strategic Sourcing Leader - Tubes

Role: Lead procurement and sourcing activities for ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio, managing over 25 global suppliers with ~$50M spend. Responsibilities: develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, establish supplier relationships, support NPI programs, and provide supplier performance analytics. Ensure supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management aligned with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or business, 2+ years in complex procurement/supply chain, proven negotiation skills, strong market understanding, excellent communication and project management abilities, willingness to travel up to 15%. Preferred: engineering background, knowledge of ISS X-Ray portfolio.
