Strategic Sourcing Associate Director

Role: Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing for Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Raw Materials, focusing on developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain robustness for CGT products. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration across Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners; managing key suppliers and CDMOs; conducting market analysis, negotiations, and risk mitigation; and implementing digital sourcing improvements. Requirements: 8–10+ years in biopharma strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management with experience in CGT raw materials, development, and manufacturing support; Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or business field, with certifications preferred.
