Strategic Site Partner

Role: Strategic Site Partner (SSP) in clinical research, focusing on building and managing relationships with investigative sites to accelerate AbbVie's solid tumor and hematology pipeline. Responsibilities: develop site-specific engagement strategies, foster strong collaborations with site leadership and staff, proactively address operational challenges, and drive efficiency and trial acceleration across studies. Oversight includes monitoring site performance, quality metrics, capacity planning, and implementing process improvements. Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned study execution and operational success, while managing cross-functional relationships and communicating site insights internally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in clinical research or related fields, with expertise in drug development, operations, or strategic relationship management. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and leadership skills essential, with proven ability to influence without authority. Experience in global pharma or biotech, particularly in oncology or hematology, is preferred. Travel: approximately 10-20% for site engagement activities. Work setup: location flexible, with travel as needed.
