Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for knowledge integration initiatives, aligning with business and customer needs.
- Work with team leads to surface opportunities leveraging advanced GenAI approaches.
- Build and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and epics; translate requirements into tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate execution of software development and service projects; ensure resources and timely delivery.
- Track project progress and report outcomes using KPIs; identify improvements in coordination and customer engagement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support team alignment.
- Serve as key point-of-contact for KIA in the US; build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand language and translation product reach (e.g., US & LATAM) to increase ecosystem adoption.
- Provide stakeholder updates, project transparency, and feedback loops.
- Advocate for efficient knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (7 years) OR Master’s (6 years) OR PhD (2 years) in product management, product ownership, or project coordination in technical/data-centric environments.
- Experience leading Agile teams; coach others in Agile and drive organizational change toward the product operating model.
- Working knowledge of ontology design, FAIR principles, and data/metadata standards.
- Basic understanding of terminology management (preferred).
- Experience with language/translation solutions (preferred), including translation management systems.
- Excellent communication skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of cultural differences with global collaboration and focus on the US market.
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency with MS 360 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D or scientific domains (plus).
