Strategic Pricing Director (Oncology) โ€“ GPMA Global Pricing Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Oncology Global Market Access and Regional Market Access to develop, support, and update brand pricing strategies for the oncology commercial portfolio.
- Set current and long-range strategic pricing objectives for pipeline and commercial products.
- Build Oncology pricing competency and understanding of geographic/therapeutic market dynamics.
- Ensure clear payer pricing positioning and messaging, co-created with Brand and Value Evidence teams.
- Provide direction and leadership for brand pricing to brand teams and internal stakeholders.
- Drive pricing excellence via collaborations with external partners (e.g., payer advisory boards) and lead strategic projects to build tools/infrastructure.
- Educate internal stakeholders on oncology pricing trends and dynamics.
- Lead and manage Global Pricing function objectives and longer-range vision/strategy/plan.
- Coach team members, promote collaborative culture, and drive change across interfaces.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Science/Business/Market Access (pricing, reimbursement, health economics).
- 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access (pricing/reimbursement/health economics) at affiliate/regional and global level.
- Expertise in pharma pricing dynamics in US, Europe, China, and other major regions.
- Proven record developing/executing breakthrough pricing and access strategies; lead cross-functional projects and present to senior executives.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluent English.

Preferred:
- Masterโ€™s/MBA/Doctoral in related fields; experience in compliance with third parties; understanding of drug commercialization and global matrix leadership.

Compensation/Benefits (US):
- US base salary: $180,000โ€“$300,000; annual bonus and eligibility for long-term incentive; benefits include healthcare/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and caregiver/parental and medical leave.
