Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end deal evaluation/development process from contract inception through final approval (strategic assessment, deal structure, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of contract profitability).
- Support deal evaluation to implement Market Access Strategies.
- Optimize account profitability within PBM/GPO; collaborate to execute identified opportunities.
- Structure offers using financial analytics and profitability metrics.
- Assist with senior management presentations for US pricing deals.
- Develop Pre-Pricing Committee and Pricing Committee business cases and financial analysis.
- Ensure offers align with approved strategies and that Terms & Conditions align with anticipated deal structure.
- Train and mentor team members on systems, processes, analytic models, and presentations.
- Develop launch trackers and performance metrics; produce ad hoc reports monitoring Managed Markets performance.
- Finalize proposals with key internal stakeholders; compile, communicate, and forecast contracting events impacting company forecast (rebate and volume).
- Understand competitive dynamics and incorporate opportunities/threats into strategies and plans.
- Author contract documents autonomously and independently work with customers/internal teams on business and legal contract aspects; submit within required timeframes.
- Obtain internal reviews/approvals; ensure pricing/market baskets/terms accuracy and timely contract submissions.
- Maintain and update contractual information in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM); update templates as market baskets/standard terms change.
- Recommend improvements to performance, processes, and compliance across contract management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business preferred); legal experience a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in pricing, contracting, forecasting, and/or portfolio analysis required (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Ability to perform analytical/quantitative/qualitative analysis, identify trends/insights, and translate into actionable insights.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical contracting, distribution channels, and products (therapeutic areas, drug administration).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (and other key platforms).
- Ability to collaborate across departments and levels; strong attention to detail; ability to identify contract risk and solve data problems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Travel:
- 0–10% overnight travel required.
