Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ (hybrid; 3 days/week in office; ~20% estimated travel)
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee HEVA evidence communication strategy and ensure compliant, audience-appropriate dissemination (e.g., newsletters, evidence summaries, slide decks, press releases, digital content) aligned to U.S. requirements and integrated evidence generation plans.
- Manage HEVA publication processes (SOP adherence; portfolio templates such as CVD and US AMCP dossier); supervise publication professionals/contractors.
- Lead Ops/HUB coordination: utilization tracking, resource planning, KPI/performance monitoring, quarterly leadership meetings, and scalable day-to-day HUB processes.
- Drive Innovation Incubator: operational execution of AI/digital adoption; evaluate and implement emerging technologies; manage roadmap, vendors, and enablement; ensure compliant implementation with IS/Compliance/Legal.
- Support launch excellence and business development: ensure launch-ready workflows/infrastructure; coordinate launch deliverables; act as operational liaison with cross-functional launch teams.
- Execute operational performance management: short- and long-term operational plans, KPI development, tracking/reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Own project/financial management tools/processes (budget monitoring, project tracking, vendor contracting) and liaise with Finance/Procurement/Legal.
- Ensure compliance & SOPs: training, policy/process updates, and adherence to scientific/legal/regulatory/ethical standards.
- Coordinate QA and audit readiness: audit planning, participation, documentation, and liaison with QA.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement with Compliance, QA, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IS.
About You (Qualifications)
- Bachelorโs degree required (post-bachelorโs preferred); advanced training in business/finance/economics preferred; healthcare/pharma admin or evidence-based medicine/clinical research ops experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in pharma industry, contract outcomes research, academic healthcare research, or related admin/healthcare setting.
- Significant leadership experience preferred; demonstrated people leadership in a matrixed cross-functional environment.
- Strongly preferred: publication processes, evidence dissemination, and/or health outcomes research operations.
Skills (Required/Preferred)
- Knowledge of scientific, legal, and regulatory standards for clinical/health outcomes research and scientific exchange.
- Experience with project management and operational performance.
- Strong communication skills; ability to partner across Finance/Legal/Compliance/IS.
- Preferred: AI/digital tools experience in pharma/healthcare research; experience with dissemination pathways (PIE, HCEI, CFL).
