Role: Senior Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations for Amgen's Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation, serving as a strategic partner to leadership. Responsibilities: support strategy execution through business planning, performance management, operational coordination, cross-functional project management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
