Key duties include managing end-to-end platform implementation projects, supporting customer success, conducting usage monitoring, and providing consultative support to optimize customer experience. Also involved in pre-sales activities such as target account identification, demos, and Proof of Concept support. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including account managers, application scientists, product management, and engineering to drive platform adoption and inform product development. Qualifications: BSc in life sciences (MSc or PhD preferred), minimum three years' experience in drug discovery-related fields, with expertise in computational chemistry or cheminformatics; experience managing software deployment projects is desirable. High-value specifics: candidate should have a background aligned with pharmaceutical research, ideally with familiarity in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, or related areas. Work setup involves a mix of customer interaction, project management, and internal collaboration, with travel as needed.
