Position Summary:
Lead end-to-end capability and development activities supporting the Drug Product facility at GSK’s Marietta site. Design and implement capability development strategies aligned with site strategy to build critical skills, strengthen workforce, and create a continuous learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Drug Product facility capability strategy and 3-year capability roadmap.
- Deploy digital learning technologies (AR, AI, smart learning tools) to accelerate content creation and scale capability-building.
- Plan, manage, and track training-material development; maintain dashboards for progress, escalations, risks, and status.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Engineering, MSAT) to create and deploy learning content aligned with manufacturing readiness; design/maintain the facility capability operating system (strategy β†’ requirements β†’ pathways β†’ assessment β†’ deployment β†’ sustainment).
- Establish standard ownership and sustainment expectations for embedding capability into daily work.
- Lead the Learning Council; manage capability roadmaps.
- Drive adoption/sustainment of capability deployments via change enablement; maintain role-based learning pathways and competency expectations.
- Define success measures, evaluate effectiveness, and design/deliver/improve technical training (classroom and digital).
- Lead capability assessments to identify skills gaps and create development plans.
- Coach frontline leaders/technical specialists; partner with Quality and EHS for compliant, safe training aligned to GMP.
- Measure training effectiveness using data; prepare targeted training/readiness for new product introductions and process changes.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- 3+ years’ experience in a GMP-regulated Drug Product manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Manufacturing Operations, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, Business).
- Experience designing/deploying/governing capability systems or learning architectures; knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and training requirements.
- Ability to influence across functions/levels in complex environments with prioritization and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Talent development/change management certifications (e.g., CPTD/APTD, Prosci ADKAR).
- Instructional design/learning technology certifications; digital analytics/dashboarding certifications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with LMS/digital learning tools.
