Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned strategic accounts; build and execute strategic account plans; organize and deploy internal resources to co-create value and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders; understand customer business drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities, and maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals, competitors, and financial levers (including value-based healthcare).
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies with customers and internal cross-functional teams; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions; serve as the central focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience (internal candidates may be considered with less).
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends; proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proven field sales experience working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large organizations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed, organized, adaptable.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Travel:
- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
