Position Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for executing successful sales strategies, leading strategic territory planning, building high-value partnerships across key accounts, and delivering clear, compliant education on approved messaging to healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as key business owner for Invivyd resources/solutions to Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators.
- Work collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate patient-focused action.
- Identify shared priorities and develop a strategic territory business plan to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on overall account and territory strategy.
- Aggregate customer/market data and insights to drive total selling engagements using multiple channels.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize accounts aligned to strategic plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; relevant related industry experience may substitute.
- Minimum 10 years in the biopharma industry preferred.
- Proven high-performance track record selling to large accounts/key customer segments.
- Ability to travel up to 100% within territory; in-field five days/week.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Strong clinical product communication.
- Experience in a matrixed environment; exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
- Understanding of relevant laws/regulations and industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code).
- Knowledge of VA system and rules for conducting business in VA.
- Results-oriented with strong time management.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches.

Pay Range
- $152,000–$202,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
