Main Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned strategic accounts, managing them as business partnerships; build and execute strategic account plans and deploy internal resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders; develop deep understanding of customer business (pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities), maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals, and healthcare environment (value-based care, competitors, financial levers).
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; work with customers and internal cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies, align teams, and build executive relationships; coach account teams and serve as the central point for communications on planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers; broad understanding of health system business, decision processes, and market trends.
- Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree; strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with influence with internal stakeholders; experience with P&T committees/decision makers in large organized customers.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, self-directed organization, adaptability, and written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโs license and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
Travel:
- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
