Operations
Position Summary
- Process and handle inbound and outbound materials for Lincoln Operations, including receiving, shipping, material movements, sampling, and documentation.
- Work in a dynamic environment under limited supervision.
Hours
- 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm.
- Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- May require Tuesday–Saturday 6:00am–2:30pm or Sunday–Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm.
Position Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments.
- Pull orders from the warehouse to supply manufacturing with raw materials and packaging components.
- Pull orders from the warehouse to supply distribution with finished goods.
- Pull orders for international customers; receive and put away finished goods (from Building 1).
- Sample raw materials for Quality testing.
- Coordinate with outside vendors (e.g., LTL truckers, full truck carriers, supply vendors).
- Order supplies using the Ariba system.
- Use SAP to complete required transactions.
- Help write/update SOPs and assist with updates to Zoetis Quality Standards.
- Perform other warehousing duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent required.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
- MHE experience preferred (sit-down lifts, pallet jacks, stand-up lifts, turret truck).
- Familiar with email.
- Truck driving experience.
- SAP APO knowledge; experience includes MB1B, MB1A, VL31N, VL32N, MIGO, VL06I, VL06O.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Physical Position Requirements
- Extended standing and repetitive lifting.
- Flexible hours; overtime/weekends may be required.
- May be asked to drive an automatic transmission 28-foot straight truck.
