Accountability:
- First-line operations supervisor for a team of individual contributor production direct reports.
- Meet shift objectives while supplying quality product at competitive cost in compliance with GMP, safety, and regulations.
- Tactical/strategic shift management and collaboration with indirect staff.
- Drive continuous improvement.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities; set priorities; coordinate with other supervisors; plan to meet short-term objectives.
- Resolve day-to-day quality/technical/operational problems; make decisions aligned to policies and SOPs (with oversight from Operations Director).
- Operate within budget/financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance culture (Safety, Environment, cGMP); establish โ€œRight First Timeโ€ by reducing waste; review/approve compliance documents as needed.
- Ensure reliable quality product while managing cost; own shift supply metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, release on time, customer service performance, product lead time).
- Lead continuous improvement: develop Production System (MPS) culture, report monthly metrics/action plans, champion initiatives to improve efficiency/cycle time/yield, reduce variability, eliminate waste.
- People management: coaching, feedback/performance evaluations for direct reports, input for indirect staff, support talent management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or technical field; or at least 7 years pharmaceutical manufacturing/processing experience with HS diploma.
- Required experience: 4+ years in operations management, quality, technical operations/technology/engineering or maintenance.
- Preferred: 2+ years aseptic/sterile drug product manufacturing; 2+ years in heavily regulated industry; 2+ years direct supervisory experience; Lean knowledge; experience with site/divisional/regulatory audits.

Benefits/compensation (if applicable): Salary range $117,000โ€“$184,200; annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate/sick days.
