Role Responsibilities (essential duties):
- Perform tasks per Batch Card, SOPs, and/or Job Aids.
- Demonstrate understanding of applicable SOPs/Job Aids.
- Inspect filled syringes to established criteria and sort defects for reconciliation.
- Perform manual packaging operations per SOP/Job Aid.
- Follow SOPs and Safety/Health Regulations.
- Restock packaging supplies from line stock.
- Notify supervisor/PMO/Quality Specialist of unusual or recurring defects.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Assist in training new colleagues.
- (If required) Verify packaging supplies and product vs. product board or Batch Card.
- Sign required forms.
- Participate in training to maintain required cGMP compliance.
- Perform off-line inspection (e.g., media reading) as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
- Basic problem-solving, math, and reading skills.
- Understanding of cGMP and Batch Records.
- Strong communication/leadership; team contribution.
- Ability to perform under demanding conditions.
- Solid understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.

Preferred Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience.
- Engineering software/tools; knowledge of regulatory requirements/quality standards.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; organizational/time management.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with common AI tools.

Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Penicillin allergy-free; required Penicillin allergy testing.
- Ability to bend/reach/lift/stand; grasp 4–5 syringes at a time; 20/20 corrected vision (color included); pass inspection test.
- Available for extended hours and 6–7 day operations; overtime may be required.

Non-standard Work Schedule:
- Union position; 3pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed.
