Stem Cell Research Scientist

Role: Stem Cell Research Scientist focused on developing cell-based therapies for type 1 diabetes (T1D). Responsibilities include designing and executing in vitro and ex vivo experiments with primary islets and stem cell-derived models, developing assays for islet biology, and supporting translational and preclinical research. Requirements: Ph.D. in molecular or stem cell biology with up to 3 years of postdoctoral experience, or equivalent combined education and experience; hands-on expertise in pluripotent stem cell culture, differentiation, and cellular assay development; experience with omics techniques (e.g., scRNA-seq, flow cytometry). Preferred: experience in drug discovery or translational research within biotech/pharma, and mentoring junior staff.
