Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of critical process attributes for process validation.
- Communicate and interpret documented study results within the platform or project.
- Implement instructions on new/improved processes to appropriate audiences.
The Job Responsibilities Include
- Facilitate statistical thinking: interconnected processes, variation exists on all processes, and understanding/reducing variation are key to success.
- Apply basic knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), process control, and applied statistics.
- Facilitate SPC-related training for Manufacturing & Supply personnel.
- Promote application of SPC for life-cycle design and industrialization of processes, products, and associated test methods for Phase 3 and licensed products (vaccines/biopharmaceuticals).
- Provide technical input and/or gap analysis of internal and external Quality/Regulatory guidelines pertaining to process control.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0โ2 years relevant experience (academic experience/projects considered).
- Basic knowledge in quality by design, process control, and design of experiments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Quantitative skills, including programming and working with varied data outside academia.
