Statistical Programming Director

Role: Statistical Programming Director within AstraZeneca's CVRM Biometrics, providing strategic leadership in programming for clinical drug development projects. Responsibilities: oversee quality, timely delivery, and efficiency of data programming; lead implementation of programming activities; ensure compliance with industry standards; drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in statistical analysis and reporting; collaborate with global development teams and act as a subject matter expert. Requirements: minimum bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences; at least 7 years' industry experience with advanced knowledge of clinical development processes; demonstrated leadership in programming, influencing, and organizational skills; current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements. Preferred: broad therapeutic experience, including regulatory submissions and interactions, experience across multiple therapeutic areas, and designing business processes.
