Role: Staff Supply Network and Capacity Planning Analyst supporting Advanced Therapies within Regeneron's supply chain, focusing on global production allocations and capacity analysis. Responsibilities: translate demand into site production plans, develop capacity models for long-term planning, serve as liaison across CMC Program Management, Regulatory Sciences, Operations, and Finance, anticipate and resolve supply issues, influence change management strategies, produce routine reports, and mentor team members. Qualifications: BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years (Principal) or 10+ years (Staff) of supply chain or biotech manufacturing experience; advanced degrees or certifications like MBA, MS, APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous.
