Staff/ Senior Staff Scientist, DMPK

Role: Senior DMPK scientist leading ADME/PK and PK/PD strategy for early-stage drug discovery and development in a biotech focused on GPCR-targeted small molecules. Responsibilities: define and execute DMPK strategies across multiple therapeutic areas, design and interpret ADME, DDI, and mechanistic studies; translate preclinical dosing to clinical predictions; manage CRO partnerships; author regulatory submissions; serve as DMPK representative and project leader; mentor junior staff and collaborate across functions including Chemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Regulatory. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or related field; 5+ years in DMPK drug discovery, with experience in biotech/pharma; strong expertise in pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, transporters, DDI, and in vitro/in vivo assay development; proven track record leading programs to clinical candidate; experience managing external DMPK studies and contributing to INDs; excellent communication and leadership skills.
