Responsibilities include collaborating with commercial, R&D, and production teams, gathering customer and partner input, creating detailed roadmaps and business plans, managing product requirements and development, conducting market and competitive analysis, and supporting sales with training and collateral. Qualifications: 5-8 years in life sciences or related fields with over 5 years in product management/marketing; degree in molecular biology, protein science, or similar; Ph.D. or advanced degrees preferred. Skills: proven success in launching protein/antibody products, knowledge of protein production, purification, analytical methods, and automated lab infrastructure; strong cross-functional influence and collaboration abilities; excellent communication and leadership. High-Value: experience in protein production and characterization markets, hands-on lab infrastructure knowledge, and ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams. Work Setup: San Diego area, hybrid; travel up to 30%.
