About The Role
As a Product Designer (hybrid UI/visual + UX), you will deliver end-to-end design with real stakes for patients, caregivers, and scientific teams.

Core Responsibilities
- Elevate design standards across digital and patient-facing experiences.
- Bring craft across typography, motion, copy, composition, and art direction.
- Use component-based design systems (know when to follow/break patterns).
- Communicate design rationale, incorporate feedback, and collaborate across org.
- Demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and initiative.
- Maintain a learning mindset and contribute to critique/collaboration practices.
- Raise the bar across LillyDirect surfaces (visual quality, interaction detail, polish).
- Evolve the design system (components/patterns) without sacrificing clarity/usability.
- Partner with product/engineering to shape solutions (problem framing + execution).
- Set team craft standards; lead critique/mentorship.
- Deliver production-ready assets for web, mobile, and other digital formats.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (Digital Design/Interaction Design/Visual Communication/HCI or related), or HS/GED + 5+ years equivalent.
- 5+ years product/UX/visual design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio focused on interface/screen-based experiences.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not anticipated.

- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Strong collaboration and conflict navigation.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $126,000–$202,400; bonus eligibility for full-time equivalents.
