Staff IT Product Lead - Enterprise Platforms-Discovery and Translational Medicine

Role: Serve as Staff IT Product Lead for enterprise digital workplace platforms, focusing on enhancing productivity, collaboration, content management, and data analytics. Responsibilities: develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps; gather stakeholder requirements; support agile product lifecycle from ideation to optimization; collaborate cross-functionally with IT, architecture, and vendors; ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR); maintain application stability, security, and performance; monitor KPIs for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of related experience or Master’s with 5+ years; at least 4 years supporting enterprise platforms; 6+ years in IT with experience in digital workplace or product management; proven success leading agile teams; familiarity with SaaS/cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Veeva, Microsoft) and regulatory frameworks. Preferred: experience with platforms like Revvity Signals, Schrodinger, Benchling; strong strategic, technical, and communication skills.
