Staff IT Product Lead – Enterprise Platforms

Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platforms (communication, content management, collaboration, enterprise productivity, data/analytics).
- Gather user needs; translate into product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct market research and technology assessments; support innovation.
- Evaluate and prioritize initiatives by business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering to design and build secure, scalable solutions.
- Support agile/product delivery across ideation, launch, and post-launch optimization (Scrum/Kanban).
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and refine product specs.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and external vendors to deliver high-quality applications.
- Incorporate usability testing and user research feedback.
- Act as liaison between IT and business; communicate technical concepts both ways.
- Support stability, performance, and security; coordinate with IT ops/infrastructure.
- Support compliance for releases (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) and quality assurance.
- Contribute to data management & AI practices; monitor KPIs/usage metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years related experience, or Master’s + 5 years (math/statistics/engineering).
- Minimum 4 years supporting enterprise-wide platforms; 6+ years in IT (digital workplace/product management).
- Proven experience leading product development in an agile/product-centric model.
- Experience defining/delivering complex digital products with business value.
- Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms (e.g., Veeva, Microsoft, AWS, Azure) and/or enterprise platforms (e.g., Benchling, Revvity Signals, Schrodinger LiveDesign).
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance.
