Staff Integrations Specialist

Role: Lead technical specialist for API and B2B eProcurement integrations within the IBT organization, driving process architecture and resolving complex integration challenges. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end delivery of high-complexity integrations, establish best practices, shape product roadmaps, collaborate with enterprise customers to translate scientific workflows into scalable solutions, and maintain technical documentation. Requirements: bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in systems analysis, solution architecture, or technical delivery, preferably in life sciences or technology sectors; expertise in APIs, web services, authentication, and B2B platforms like Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle/PeopleSoft; proven experience leading customer-facing integrations and influencing cross-functional teams; excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience as Solution Architect, Product Manager, or working with enterprise sales/customer success teams; familiarity with eCommerce platforms and core business applications. HighValue: extensive B2B eProcurement platform expertise, experience with cXML, OCI, EDI, and scientific workflows integration, and high-level stakeholder management. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with travel to customer sites as needed.
