Role: Lead a team of bioinformatics scientists in developing, validating, and supporting NGS bioinformatics pipelines within a clinical or translational genomics setting. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing pipeline development and validation, supporting genomic data analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborates with laboratory, clinical, IT, and software engineering teams to advance genomic testing and operational efficiency. Requirements: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or related field; 5-8 years supporting NGS pipeline development and validation; 2-4 years leadership experience; proficiency in programming (Python, Bash, SQL, R), cloud platforms (AWS), and genomic data analysis. Preferred: experience in clinical bioinformatics, liquid biopsy, multi-omic analyses, and regulated environments such as CLIA, CAP, or FDA.
