Staff AI Scientist

Role: Senior AI Scientist focusing on developing and deploying advanced AI models in healthcare, particularly in medical imaging, patient monitoring, and clinical decision support. Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from research and prototyping to implementation and deployment—conducting independent research into novel algorithms, developing high-performance models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinical and regulatory experts. The role involves mentoring junior scientists, publishing research, and ensuring responsible AI practices within healthcare standards. Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. in STEM fields; 4+ years (Master’s) or 1+ year (Ph.D.) of AI development experience in industry; expertise in scalable AI tools, Python, and frameworks such as PyTorch, DeepSpeed, HuggingFace; experience with high-dimensional imaging or waveform data, and synthetic or diffusion models. Preferred: 8+ years in AI research, publications in top-tier conferences, deep learning expertise, and healthcare domain experience with medical imaging or physiological signals.
