Sr. Vice President, IT

Role: Senior Vice President, IT at a biotech company, responsible for leading enterprise technology strategy to support growth as a public, international, commercial-stage organization. Responsibilities: set vision and roadmap, oversee IT operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging tech; support regulatory compliance, GxP systems, and risk management; partner with commercial and clinical teams for product launches; advise executive leadership on digital transformation, data, and security; ensure systems meet FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, and data privacy standards; lead high-performing teams, manage budgets, vendors, and investments. Requirements: 20+ years in IT leadership within regulated environments, preferably biotech or pharma; strong experience with enterprise IT, GxP systems, compliance, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives; demonstrated success in supporting commercial launch readiness; ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.
