Position Summary
- TAS (Therapeutic Area Specialist) field-based role focused on driving demand for BMS medicines within a defined portfolio to appropriate patients.
- Builds and maintains credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as a primary point of contact, delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue and CE^3/new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications within a territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating the clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Present label-consistent scientific information using approved resources with medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns).
- Organize external speaker programs (speaker selection, scheduling, logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best HCP Customer Experience (Cx).
- Gather and share internal insights with appropriate stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated credibility-building experience with key customers/office staff via customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management and selling competencies with proven performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Field (United States): US $124,090–$150,370.
- Additional incentive cash and stock may be available (eligibility-based).
