Sr. Technician, Operations (2nd Shift) - Onsite

Role: Operations Packaging Room Lead supporting clinical supplies manufacturing at a GMP-regulated site. Primary objectives include overseeing and executing clinical packaging, labeling, and documentation activities ensuring compliance with GMP/SOP standards. Responsibilities involve managing daily packaging operations, training and coaching technicians, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP. The role includes material staging, equipment setup, room cleaning, and handling controlled substances. Requirements: High School diploma, 1+ year GMP experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, competence with SAP or MES, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and good communication skills. Preferred skills include continuous improvement and familiarity with pharmaceutical packaging. The position is onsite, shift-based (2nd shift), with occasional overtime and weekend work. No travel required.
